We have run a lettings and estate agency for over 16 years and have written training material for agents and investors. Unlike some 'one size fits all' mediation services, we are property-specific with experience in all areas of property. 


 Please note,  we only cover England and Wales, but have helped several non resident landlords in relation to their properties here. 

Alternative Dispute Resolution

Almost all legal action now requires evidence that parties have attempted to engage in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). We will supply written evidence that the ADR process has been entered into and detail whether all parties were willing to attempt to resolve matters in an out of court situation.

In under a month, Jon and Melinda secured the return of two properties following failed S21 evictions by the managing agents. No need for court action or bailiffs, and an amicable conclusion to a stressful nightmare.

 Originally from Australia, Melinda has spent over 20 years in Estate Agency and has managed multiple offices with over 20 employees.
Melinda enjoys taking her daughter to gigs with husband Joe, travelling and is a voracious consumer of podcasts.

Jon has worked as a lettings manager for over 5 years and more recently as a property consultant, travelling across the country assisting landlords with dispute resolution.
